托儿所心肺复苏和急救要求
First Aid & CPR Ecuador
Ecuador的要求
In Ecuador, the Technical Norm for Child Development Centre (CDI) services (MIES Ministerial Agreement 038 of 2023) states that CDIs must be able to prevent risks, respond to emergencies and provide first aid, with a mandatory first-aid kit and trained brigades as part of their risk-reduction plan. It is an institutional-capability requirement: it sets no fixed hours or per-staff certification, but it does expect the centre to have people ready to handle an emergency. In practice, that means forming brigades and ensuring someone able to act is always on hand.
过敏性休克与药物给药
Under the CDI Technical Norm (Standard No. 5), medicines may only be given when a doctor prescribes them and with the family's authorization, and the first-aid kit must contain no medication of any kind. The norm does not expressly mention anaphylaxis or adrenaline, which is dispensed by prescription only. It is therefore wise for staff to recognise a severe allergic reaction and for a written agreement with the family to set out how to act and where to safely store the child's specific medication.

不要等到续期那天
In an emergency with a young child, the opening seconds are what save a life, and no kit or plan replaces a person who knows what to do. Training in pediatric first aid and CPR lets you form a strong brigade and respond calmly when it matters most. A certification built on recognised standards backs the institutional capability the MIES Technical Norm requires and reinforces every family's trust.
