Every workplace must have a first-aid kit; the employer must provide first-aid training so at least one worker per shift is properly trained. An infirmary is required from 25 simultaneous workers. The emergency plan provides for brigades that are trained and given written roles. No fixed numeric first-aider ratio beyond 'at least one per shift'.

Decree 2393 requires first-aid training without prescribing a format; recent emergency-plan requirements keep brigade practice in person. Grey zone: accepted.
